Our Service Centre operates as the nerve-centre of the TOMRA operation, monitoring our systems across NSW, QLD, WA, VIC, NT and soon to be TAS. Our team minimise downtime, coordinate onsite maintenance and repairs, as well as provide Australia-wide customer service. The Service Centre operates two shifts a day, seven days a week.

Based in our St Leonards head office, our Service Centre Manager is responsible for leading this integral function of TOMRA by having a strong focus on polices, processes, continuous improvement and training.

• Focusing on maximizing Machine uptime and high customer satisfaction

Our Service Centre provides remote product support to field teams and depot staff. The Service Centre also interacts with customers and external parties to troubleshoot customer enquiries or complaints.

You will be responsible for supporting the Service Centre Manager in continuing to create an inclusive and collaborative environment within the Service Centre, including supporting Service Centre Operators and Officers by optimising and maintaining processes and ensuring clear information sharing.

This role will involve delivery of functional training to Service Centre employees to ensure that the service organisation is well educated and has a comprehensive understanding of the processes and support of the Service Centre.

This is a full time role across 5 days per week. Applicant must be available for weekend shifts (Typically only 1 weekend day per week).

Your Role & Team

The Customer Service team focusses on providing support to all CreditorWatch customers which number in the thousands. As a Customer Service Consultant, you are required to support customers with in-bound enquiries via phone, live-chat and email, spread over different geographies.

Additionally, your role will entail out-bound activities to assist online members in unlocking and managing their account. In addition, you will proactively provide suggestions for continuous improvement to team processes, help centre management and ongoing reviews of customer feedback with the goal being to provide the team autonomy and improve the overall customer experience. As part of the role, you will also be handling a high volume of commercial disputes.

This role reports directly into our Customer Service Manager. It is a hybrid working model and our office is Melbourne CBD Based.

Our ideal candidate

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally have a couple years of experience as a Customer Service Agent under your belt. Here at CreditorWatch, our customers come first, so you will have a passion for providing world class service and driving positive NPS engagement - your communication and active listening skills come second to none.
