The position:

The Customer Relationship Consultant is responsible for managing all respite and permanent leads from prospective residents and family members, managing all prospective leads in our CRM database and conducting prospective residents with tours of our aged care homes. The Customer Relationship Consultant must also build and maintain relationships with key organisations that can assist in directing prospective permanent and respite residents to our aged care homes. Success in the role will be determined by the increase and maintenance of high occupancy levels, the ability to successfully convert leads into RAD sales and the development and implementation of marketing initiatives designed to generate sales leads.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Implementing sales plan initiatives.
• Complying with the agreed customer sales method and admission sales process to achieve a great client experience.
• Travel to locations suitable to the client for sales meetings and presentations for prospective resident.
• Meeting financial targets including occupancy, RAD, additional services and supporting ACFI achievement.
• Managing channel relationships to ensure Respect obtains more than its fair share of leads.
• Maintain facility competitive profiles.
• Intercept and manage all inbound respite and permanent leads from prospective residents and family members including providing prospective residents with tours of our facilities.
• Ensure and monitor, that all prospects/leads are effectively communicated and responded to in a timely manner.
• Record and manage all prospective leads on our CRM database.
• Maintain an advanced understanding of resident fees and charges, applicable RAD and DAP Levels and be able to convey to prospective residents.
• Ensure that prospective leads are given the necessary information package and that the information within the package is both current and explained clearly in a professional manner.
• Ensure the highest standard of professional self-presentation is maintained to project a positive image at all times of Respect.
• Willingness to meet with prospective clients /representatives out of normal business hours if required.
• Initial data entry of client details into the CRM database for ease of tracking and reporting.
• Prepare and supply all residential permanent agreements/documentation to clients prior to the admission date.

Essential:

• Demonstrated successful sales and marketing experience/skills.
• Demonstrated ability in the application of advanced administrative procedures.
• Ability to understand basic analysis techniques.
• Advanced word processing operation skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and the ability to empathise with prospective residents and family members.
• Demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement principles.
• Demonstrated ability to undertake work of a confidential nature.
• A current drivers license without restriction.
• Current National Police Certificate (or ability to acquire).

What you’ll do

This is your opportunity to join i-motor’s Customer Relationship Management Team for a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract as a Customer Support Consultant.

As part of this team, you will be responsible for being the first point of contact for all technical, website and support issues.

• Provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face, with accuracy and efficiency, via phone, email or our online helpdesk. 
• Offer advice and recommendations, from diagnosis through to resolution via our ticketing system.
• Collaborate and connect with established dealership accounts to maintain and retain business relationships.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining brand content including brand guidelines, special offers and vehicle data to ensure correct manufacture and dealership representation.

Moving into our Customer Service Team Lead role you will provide day-to-day management for the Customer Service Team in their respective region and be a friendly and efficient first point of contact for all visitors to our facilities.

As our Customer Service Team Leader you will also act as the first escalation point for all matters relating to the team, facility, service requests and incident management to ensure the highest standards of customer satisfaction are achieved. Championing this role, you will also be responsible for managing front of house relations across multiple sites.

Some of the tasks you’ll be responsible for:

• First-line people management across multiple sites – regular 1:1s, constructive feedback, identifying and resolving any performance issues, performance reviews, etc. 
• Manage last minute shift changes, sourcing solutions to cover unplanned leave  
• Ensuring adequate resourcing of staff, manage leave requests and design and manage the staff roster 
• Managing front of house across multiple sites 
• Acting as the first point of escalation for your team, providing efficient and effective resolution to issues  
• Continuous improvement reviews for processes and best practices.

We are seeking a Service Advisor / Warranty Administrator with a high level of customer service, who enjoys helping the team, problem solving and considers themselves a skilled multitasker.  Located in our busy Workshop in Port Melbourne and reporting to the State Workshop Manager, you will flourish in a dynamic environment where multi-tasking and prioritising is a must!  

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

• Meet and greet clients as the first point of contact for the Service Workshop.
• Follow manufacturer and warranty policies effectively and efficiently.
• Plan, direct, monitor, and control job repairs for retail and internal clients.
• Co-ordinate daily service appointments and manage client expectations.
• Meet workshop service KPIs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved on a daily basis by providing excellent service.
• Take bookings for clients via email, phone, or face to face.
• Prepare Repair Orders for all client bookings.
• Liaise with the workshop to ensure clients are kept updated regarding the status of services/repairs.
• Promptly invoicing clients.
• Coordinate statutory warranties for internal repairs via the State Workshop Manager.
