As our newest GSA your role is to welcome our guests on arrival to ensure they enjoy their stay as you check them into or out of their villa. To set you up to succeed: Two weeks of structed training will be provided to you covering the tasks required on both the morning and afternoon shifts. You will also be assigned a buddy who will support you as you learn the system and resort features.

The role: Working on our busy reception desk, you will be responsible for ensuring we do not merely deliver service but do more than is expected to create meaningful and authentic moments of hospitality. Checking guests in and out daily, making reservations over the phone, running daily reports to identify any special requests, anticipating guests service needs, and complying with policies and procedures. You will listen to, and resolve guest's complaints or concerns, but there will always be a manager there to support you when required.

The hours: Full time role available working up to 38 hours a week, across a 7-day rotating roster.

The shifts: 7am - 3pm and 3pm - 11pm, on a rotating roster.

Rates: Mon-Fri $24.87, Sat $31.09, Sun $37.31

The Role

We're on the lookout for someone to join our awesome Customer Service team. They’re the first point of contact for our owners and hirers (customers) via phone, tickets, and live chat. Main Responsibilities

• Communicating with customers & ensuring customer satisfaction on emails & live-chat
• Handle customer queries professionally, provide knowledgeable solutions and follow up as required

• Working with the returns team on processing returns & faulty replacements
• Assisting with warehouse duties and stock management
• Provide backup and support to other Customer Service team members as/when requested

We have an excellent opportunity for a Customer Service Consultant to join our team on a permanent full time basis in Albury.

In this role, you will be an important member of the Customer Service team reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager where you will provide phone and email customer service, sales and support.

The core responsibilities in this role include:

• Receiving inbound calls and email enquiries from domestic customers
• Proactively making outbound calls to our existing customers to promote our products and services
• Resolving customer queries quickly and accurately
• Scheduling appointments for residential customers
• Converting incoming enquiries into sales opportunities
• Liaising with your fellow colleagues
• Meeting call and internal sales targets
• Maintaining our databases by ensuring customer records and details are up to date while ensuring compliance

Requirements :

• Experience working in customer service or call centre environments (essential)
• Demonstrated experience in phone sales and converting enquires into sales
• Capable of working with multiple database systems and email programs with experience in word and spread-sheet packages desirable
• Proficient with communicating verbally and electronically
• Able to work calmly under pressure while multi-tasking
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to focus on delivering a 'wow' experience to customers
• Ability to work in a team environment to support fellow colleagues
• Professional, reliable and punctual.
• Accurately enter data into systems

The Account Manager and Customer Success Executive (AM & CSE) is responsible for (1) maintaining and growing our existing book of business, (2) build strong relations with new contacts at the local offices of a list of global subscribers, and (3) proactively provide support and lead with insights to embed Euromonitor as their key solution provider. This is a proactive, activity driven role where success is ultimately measured in activities completion rate and revenue growth. The AM & CSE must be confident and self-motivated, and keen to work closely with clients and drive the commercial agenda.

Key Responsibilities

• Secure contract renewal and grow revenue for each client.
• Develop client relationships
• Understand client’s organisation, strategy, and priorities, through extensive mapping and strategic planning, grow network of users, grow usage, successfully convey benefits of Passport and Euromonitor’s methodology, establish Passport as must-have, develop partnership style relationship.
• Provide expert research support to all clients, through detailed understanding of Euromonitor’s product portfolio and research methodology.
• Encourage more usage/users and information sharing to allow more client participation in our research.
• Provide support to your list of local and global accounts which include but not limited to:
• Solving queries;
• Training users in-person and/or via online demonstrations;
• Developing new users;
• Collecting value stories;
• Handling registration and solving login issues;
• Cooperating with our Client Consultants to generate more consulting leads;
• Working with our Client Consultants to upsell Passport subscription.
• Collaborate with industry teams:
• Develop product offering to meet the changing needs of our client base.
• Leverage research and industry expertise into the client base.
• Effective internal coordination and willingness to learn from your management to identify gaps and development opportunities
