We are searching for a Procurement Manager to lead key procurement activities for the JDE Peet’s Australia and Campos Coffee business with the objective of maintaining and improving the quality of products and services in a cost-effective and efficient manner. This is a full-time position based in our head office in North Sydney with WFH flexibility and occasional requirement to work from our Campos head office in Banksmeadow. In this role, you will:

• Develop local procurement strategies aligned to business objectives
• Ensuring continuous improvement of procurement processes and the provision of goods and services to support business requirements
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders including regional and global procurement and third parties
• Manage the relationship with strategic finished goods, packaging and logistics suppliers to ensure quality and compliance standards are met

At the core, you will be accountable for end-to-end campaign management of Digital Ad campaigns, including but not limited to: approving bookings, monitoring campaign performance, deploying optimisation tactics to deliver budgets and technical troubleshooting.

Day to day you will:

• Collectively prioritise campaign launches across your list of dedicated sales teams, ensuring a smooth go live process that is in-line with our Service Level Agreements
• Implement optimisation tactics as required throughout the lifetime of the campaign to maximise delivery and revenue
• Make calculated decisions in adjusting inventory and data mixology to achieve campaign objectives and maximise revenue
• Collaborate with Nines digital sales teams to resolve technical or delivery issues
• Run ‘In Progress’ meetings with the Sales team to ensure they are on track
• Provide end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth

Shift is seeking an experienced Events & Sponsorship Manager to join the Marketing Team as part of the brand function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering an elevated events experience for both external and internal events. This includes events for Shift’s partner-led channels (brokers, merchants and other industry partners), Shift’s internal channels (Strategy Week, shareholder briefings and offsites) and coordinating sponsorship activities with key industry bodies.
