Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract new institutional clients through cold calling, networking, and existing contacts
• Close deals with institutional clients, ensuring quick onboarding and revenue generation
• Build a pipeline of qualified leads and engage with potential clients in the FX, metals, energy, indices, and crypto sectors
• Recruit and develop partnerships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), creating incentive and support programs
• Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to expand the professional network
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to provide actionable insights
• Track sales activities, maintain detailed records in CRM tools, and prepare performance reports

• 5+ years of direct sales experience in the FX industry, specifically selling liquidity solutions to institutional clients

• Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals and consistently exceeding sales targets
• Extensive experience in generating cold leads and converting them into long-term clients
• Deep understanding of FX liquidity provision, trading platforms, and market dynamics
• Strong existing network of institutional clients, including banks, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms
• Proficiency in CRM software (SalesForce) and sales analytics tools
• English C1+
• Live in Australia for more than 5 years

You will develop sales opportunities for packaging for foods products through engagement of existing and new customers and manage customers at state and national level as you specialise in your category.

The role of Project Manager - Equity of Access, is a fixed term 24 month role to lead the implementation of a large scale corporate project. A key pillar of AFCA’s 3 year strategy is Equity of Access.  We want to ensure fairness and equity across all of AFCA’s services, so that every Australian can access the support they need.  This program will run over 2 years and will involve a large scale cultural change program as we shift our attention to supporting our people to meet the diverse needs of the community we serve along with changing our processes and technology to ensure any barriers to access are removed.   

Typically, in this role you will: 

• Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to plan, define and implement project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables in line with AFCA project management framework.  

• Establish ongoing governance arrangements and structure including formal reporting arrangements on project progress.  

• Develop project plan, costing, resource plans and relevant project documentation 

• Undertake quality assurance activities. 

• Be accountable for the management and delivery of key project milestones across the project team, ensuring alignment with agreed scope and outcomes.  

• Determine and manage project risk analysis and review risk mitigation plans regularly. 

• Be accountable for the management of the project budget, ensuring appropriate tracking and financial allocation.
