We’ve grown a lot lately, so the Work Health & Safety team are now looking for a casual Workplace Health and Safety(WHS) Administrator to champion a culture of safety within Marley Spoon by supporting the day-to-day administrative activities related to health and safety management.

Your role

• Support the development and distribution of safety communications, including updating notice boards.
• Assist in preparing WHS weekly and monthly reports.
• Review safety reports on the company incident management platform, flagging recurrences for WHS team action.
• Maintain updated documentation in Contractor and Injury Management Portals, collaborating with Engineering & Automation and other teams.
• Monitor and manage safety equipment inventory, coordinating distribution and maintenance.

• Qualification: Certificate IV in WHS or equivalent
