Reporting to the Site Safety & Health Manager, the Safety Superintendent- Learning from Incidents (LFI) will coach and advise the line organisation in conducting comprehensive investigations of incidents.

The accountabilities and responsibilities for this role include:

• Provide governance over the LFI process on site to ensure adherence to industry and Anglo American requirements
• Ensure LFI process is integrated into other areas of the operation
• Facilitate investigations and support investigations facilitated by external parties
• Proactively communicate learnings from site investigations across all levels of the operation
• Support the implementation of LFI training programs to build site capabilities
• Ensure timely and accurate entry of investigation information into Isometrix
• Provide guidance on incident classification, including coaching of the line in selection of correct consequence, ratings, agency and mechanism

About the Role: 

The primary responsibility of the Marketing Officer is to develop a range of visual assets and presentation materials to aid CDC in both internal and external communication. This position operates within the External Affairs function, translating design briefs from business stakeholders into impactful and visually compelling products for communication and marketing objectives. Additionally, the role may occasionally involve providing support for event management and coordinating projects related to communication and marketing activities within the function.

Duties include:

• Interpret design briefs and contribute to concept development for professional graphic design and visual communication products aligned with business requirements.
• Develop assets and promotional materials for diverse communication, marketing, and corporate initiatives.
• Create and present designs for print production utilizing Adobe Creative Suite.
• Assist the External Affairs function in additional tasks, such as event management, records management, and project management of communications and marketing activities.
• Proactively provide communication assistance to CDC teams, offer guidance and support to the External Affairs Advisor, embrace and exemplify CDC's DNA, and undertake other directed duties as needed from time to time.

 About You: 

We are seeking a highly motivated individual with qualifications or equivalent working experience within the marketing/graphic design/visual communications space. You should have exposure to working with Adobe Creative Suite, Power Point and other Microsoft 365 products for presentational use. You will have a natural creative flair and eye for detail with a strong focus of deliverables.

As a Graduate Human Resources Officer, you will play a fundamental role in supporting various HR functions within The Yiros Shop. Reporting to the General Manager, you'll be an integral part of the team, contributing to the implementation of HR policies and practices while gaining hands-on experience across multiple HR disciplines.

Your Key Responsibilities but not limited to the following:

• HR Administration: Support HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, managing databases, and assisting in the preparation of HR documents, contracts, and reports.
