About the Opportunity
Portfolio Management: You'll manage or assist with a small, close-knit portfolio of under 100 properties, allowing you to provide exceptional service to clients without the overwhelming workload.
New Builds: A significant portion of your role will involve working on new builds, a dynamic and exciting part of the job where your keen attention to detail and proactive approach will shine. You'll also be the key point of contact with builders, ensuring seamless communication and a smooth process from start to finish.

Your Responsibilities
Routine Inspections & Tenant Relations: Conduct regular property inspections, build and maintain strong tenant relationships, and oversee the leasing process from advertising to tenancy agreements.
Repairs, Maintenance & Compliance: Coordinate and manage repairs and maintenance requests, ensure properties meet relevant compliance standards, and handle financial management tasks such as rent collection and arrears management.
Digital Marketing & Leasing Coordination: Assist with digital marketing efforts, conduct open inspections, screen applications, and manage the leasing process, ensuring all documentation is accurate and legally compliant.
Client Reporting & Administration: Provide regular updates and detailed reports to property owners, maintain accurate lease records, and assist with the coordination of ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports through to bond completion.
About You:
Qualifications: You must hold, or be working towards, the necessary qualifications to operate as a Property Manager in Adelaide. A current driver's license is required.
Skills & Attitude: We're looking for someone with strong time management, organization, and communication skills. You should be tech-savvy, with excellent presentation and negotiation skills. A proven ability to build strong client relationships and provide an elite customer experience is essential.
Attention to Detail: Being organized, thorough, systems-oriented, and having meticulous attention to detail is a must in this role.
Experience with New Builds: While not essential, experience in dealing with new builds will be a significant advantage.
