Key duties include:

HR Strategy & Administration

• Set and manage the implementation of the P&C strategy for Australia
• Collaborate with our global offices to ensure alignment and knowledge-sharing
• First point of contact for all HR-related queries
• Administer personnel documentation, ensuring that all filing systems are up to date including offer letters, contracts, right to work and benefits information
• Conduct exit interviews and compile and consolidate data

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

• Execute the strategy for recruitment and selection
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, talent pooling, strategic sourcing, selection, contract generation and induction
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires
• Develop creative strategies to build our employer brand 
• Develop and manage Internships programs

Culture Leadership

• Nurture and enhance our unique workplace culture, ensuring it remains vibrant, inclusive, and aligned with our values
• Be the driving force behind initiatives that promote employee engagement and satisfaction, developing initiatives to foster company culture, enhance working relationships, and foster collaboration and team spirit e.g. team building activities, mentoring and buddy programs
  

Training & Development

• Work closely with department heads to identify training and development needs.
• Implement programs that support professional growth and skill enhancement, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Develop and maintain We Are Social’s training calendar, including both technical training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and soft skill training 

Performance Management

• Support department heads to implement performance management process
• Provide guidance on goal setting, feedback, and career development, contributing to a high-performance culture
• Provide HR support around performance management issues
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management, handling confidential matters with sensitivity and diplomacy
• Proactively address any concerns and maintain a positive work environment

• Drive initiatives that promote DE&I across all aspects of our organisation

JOB SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 3 to 4 days/week availability. Hours can be spread across the week as required.
• Masters degree in HR, business or similar 
• At least 4 years experience in HR or People & Culture Manager or similar role in a fast-paced and creative environment.
• In-depth knowledge of AES/Australian HR policies and best practices.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to drive cultural initiatives and engage employees.
• Experience in talent acquisition and onboarding processes.
• Understanding of performance management and employee development strategies.
• Passion for promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Key Responsibilities will be:

• To lead and drive best in class retail engagement across the Viscount reuse business

The Procurement Manager will lead the daily operational procurement & strategic sourcing across our Asia Pacific manufacturing and Supply Chain footprint. This role drives company-wide sourcing initiatives to achieve the company's goals. 

Some of your main responsibilities will include:

• Build a high performing team & develop team capability
• Develop and execute procurement strategy
• Ensure effective sourcing and category management.
• Manage supplier relationships
• Oversee outsourced services.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders for seamless production and logistics
• Live and champion workplace health, safety and sustainability standards
• Maintain quality standards and regulatory compliance

Responsibilities:

• Manage all engineering and technical aspects of investment projects, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Plan, schedule, resource, and oversee projects, collaborating with local engineers, the Regional Engineering team, and the Head of Operations.
• Support Australian factories with production technology, processes, and equipment management, including FAT and SAT.
• Lead vendor qualification for process equipment and manage the CAPEX plan for Sika Australia.

Key Duties:

• Provide monthly reports and present updates at Engineering Meetings.
• Implement APAC Operations guidelines and develop regional engineering activities.
• Improve production efficiency through new process technology and collaborate with maintenance to reduce equipment downtime.
• Monitor Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and train maintenance and production staff.

• Support project management with FAT, SAT, and production line start-up.
• Execute engineering work per standard rules, ensuring compliance with codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.

• Coordinate and evaluate new processes, equipment, projects, and technologies.
• Participate in CAPEX project master planning and budget planning.

The Compliance Manager will take ownership of the development and maintenance of the compliance structures and frameworks established by epay, including, but not limited to, compliance with the AFS license requirements, AML Program, Financial Crime policies, Privacy Act and Corporations Act.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

·       Ensure compliance with ongoing AFS license requirements.

·       Assume the role of the designated AML Compliance Officer under the provisions of the epay AML/CTF Program.

·       Provide formal reports to the Board on a regular basis.

·       Maintain and further improve the compliance framework through the development and implementation of comprehensive policies and procedures.

·       Ensure IFTI reporting obligation is met with AUSTRAC.

·       Update policies and procedures in accordance with any legislation or regulation change, in terms of AML/CTF, Privacy Act and Corporations Act.

·       Oversee Anti-Money Laundering, financial crimes, and sanctions compliance matters.

·       Provide/coordinate training for appropriate employees and new employees on AML requirements, policies, and procedures.

·       Manage and oversee regulatory examinations and internal and external audits.

·       Manage and deliver all regulatory reporting requirements.

·       Ensure transaction monitoring for suspicious activity is conducted according to internal procedures.

·       Maintain oversight of the due diligence process.

·       Work closely with all business units to ensure compliance with applicable law, regulations and polices.
