The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Finance Analyst to join our finance transformation team. This role is crucial in driving the transformation and automation of our financial processes to support our scaling finance operations.

You will work and learn from our Digital Transformation Manager, working on a wide range of projects including ERP implementation, the integration of systems to accelerate post merger integration of acquired companies, revenue recognition project for intercompany transactions, assistance with revamping how Invoice variations for shipments are managed, creation, documentation and review of various finance dashboards and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on a variety of finance focused projects, with both the finance team and the greater Ofload business
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of ERP systems, ensuring smooth integration with existing processes and systems
• Support accounts payable and accounts receivable automation initiatives, streamlining processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Conduct analysis and review of financial data, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making
• Assist in the development and maintenance of financial dashboards and reports, ensuring accuracy and relevance
• Participate in the testing of information flow as we integrate various systems, particularly from a finance perspective
• Document financial processes and procedures, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies as needed
• Provide ad hoc support to the Finance team as required, contributing to the overall success of the department.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.
• Experience in managing the implementation of new systems and processes
• Experience in process improvement
• Knowledge of various different finance and information systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

As our Sustainability Reporting Analyst you’ll be responsible for validating, analysing and producing report-ready data as part of our sustainability and climate-related disclosure requirements.

Here you'll partner with operational, finance, risk and technology teams to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and audit-readiness of our environmental data, particularly regarding scope 1 and scope 2 emissions, primarily driven through electricity, water, and waste usage.

This position also plays an important role by proactively seeking continuous improvements in our data management and reporting, as well as implementing strategic initiatives with our sustainability team to improve our environmental impact and data transparency.

We are seeking a passionate and meticulous Sustainability Reporting Analyst to join our newly formed team dedicated to enhancing NEXTDC's sustainability and climate-related disclosures. This position will focus on three main areas:

• Data Capture and Management

As the Financial Analyst, you will play a vital role in the finance team of TMGM Group. Your responsibilities will include analysing financial data, developing management reports to suit various needs, budgets, forecasting financial performance and providing critical financial insights and support to aid decision-making processes. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with experience in financial planning and analysis to further enhance their skills and contribute to the financial success of the organization.

Responsibility

Financial Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse financial performance across various brands, offices, and jurisdictions, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
• Prepare management reports and dashboards, providing insights and recommendations to improve financial outcomes.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Budget and Financial Forecasting:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business drivers and provide financial insights. Work with stakeholders to develop operating budgets.
• Monitor budget performance, analyse variances, and provide explanations for budgetary deviations.
• Utilise historical data and market trends to develop accurate financial forecasts. Monitor forecast accuracy and refine forecasting methodologies as needed.
• Support the preparation of financial models for scenario planning and strategic decision-making.

 Communication & Collaboration:

• Communicate effectively with team members and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth, timely and accurate reporting.
• Work closely with team members to ensure quality and timely carry out of team functions.

• Tertiary Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related field. CPA/CA qualification preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential. Experience with Power BI is advantageous.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Mandarin fluency is desirable.
• Exposure to AFSL, trading platforms, financial services, or fund management is a plus.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team.
