Position Summary

The Real Estate team is an active global investor across multiple sectors and multiple strategies in support of CPP Investments mandate to maximize returns without undue risk of loss.  This flexibility in investment approach allows the investment departments to seek out the best investment ideas and the best risk-adjusted returns in the market. 

Reporting to the Managing Director & Head of Real Estate Asia Pacific, the Analyst/Associate is accountable for assisting the Real Estate team in the identification, selection, evaluation, and ongoing management of relationships and real estate investments across the Asia Pacific region.

Role-specific Accountabilities:

• Under the general direction of the Managing Director, you will become an integral member of the investment team, building a solid foundation as a professional multi-sector and multi-strategy investor.
• Alongside a multicultural and experienced team, you will build a thorough understanding of the investment process, commercial decision-making and partner selection.
• Using a variety of quantitative and qualitative analytical tools, you will assist in the underwriting process of various real estate investments and partnerships (including joint ventures, club deals and funds), as well as tax and financial structuring
• Working with our partners and stakeholders, you will actively participate in the monitoring and management of the investment portfolio and joint ventures to ensure delivery of business plans and execution strategies
• Engaging with market participants, you will conduct market research and compile data and financial information to contribute to forward-looking strategic decisions
• Undertaking other relevant duties and projects as assigned

Visa Consulting & Analytics (VCA) is Visa's consulting division, serving Visa's clients (including card issuers, acquirers, and merchants) and solving their strategic problems focused on improving performance and profitability.  Drawing on our expertise in strategy consulting, payments, data analytics, marketing, operational and macroeconomics, VCA drives high impact and tangible financial results.

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of client proposals and project plans, identifying dependencies, roles and responsibilities, scope and deliverables
• Prepare project materials including interview guides, data requirements, concepts, frameworks
• Collecting and analyse inputs such as client information, data, processes, policies, competitive and environmental information
• Conduct industry research, drawing on Visa and partner resources as well as colleagues to identify global best practices and distil insights relevant to the client problem at hand
• Create, develop and maintain models, contribute to IP creation and standardised VCA offerings 
• Continuously build knowledge, surface new insights, and contribute to thought leadership pieces 
• Identify solutions and recommendations that address client objectives and result in performance improvement
• Create compelling presentations to illustrate findings, ideas, recommendations within consulting engagements and more broadly

Role can be based in either Sydney or Melbourne. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.

The Opportunity:

Leidos is building a new program with a new customer account. The program will implement new DevOps build pipelines and services for capability delivery teams and develop new business applications for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working in Agile teams to capture and utilise user stories/use cases and requirements.
• Be the voice of the user into Leidos development and integration teams, to ensure our teams are delivering mission value to our users.
• Conduct user liaison and support for development activities including testing and validation.
• Participate in Agile sprints, providing user representation during testing.

Support Organisational Change Management (OCM) activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use, such as communications and training.

The Commercial Data Team is responsible for the delivery of Nine’s data driven commercial products that currently supports over 50% of Nine’s digital advertising revenue across 9Now, Publishing and Audio assets. The team is responsible for Nine’s data partners (Equifax, Azira, Mastercard and Coles 360), our onboarding/data clean room partners (Adobe, Salesforce, Tealium, Liveramp, Karlsgate and DataCo), our contextual & brand safety vendor Mantis plus Dynamic Ads vendors Adgreetz. The team also manages Nine’s Commercial Data Insights Platform – Salesforce Datorama. The team also leverages Adobe Audience Manager and Audience Experience Platform to support Nine’s segmentation and targeting strategy.

The Commercial Data team is Nine’s market leading data team who provides consulting services to both internal and external stakeholders. They have led the market in product innovation across digital data for the last 9 years. You will be joining a high performing team of digital data subject matter experts.

Day to day you will:

• Collecting & analyse large amount data from ambiguous & various sources (ensuring the quality & accuracy of the data)
• Creating regular reports in addition to maintaining & improving the reports and dashboards (using various platforms such as Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Datorama and Tableau)
• Provide ad-hoc reports, analysis and insights as needed to stakeholders
• Create, maintain and improve on documentations
• Leverage and develop a deep understanding of the Nine’s Commercial Data Products across Insights, Activation, Targeting and Measurement
• Assist Measurement & Insights Manager with various tasks such as ad-hoc reporting, analyses, forecasting, automation of reporting and attribution data of exposed users across the Commercial Data suite 
• Assist the wider Commercial Data team to deliver on the product pipeline and revenue commitments
• Actively participating in a collaborative team environment based on supportiveness, development, knowledge sharing and effective communication
• Building and sustaining effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, as well as representing the team in external forums
• Support internal training as well as presenting insights across the sales team and agency partners
