Patient care is our priority which is why our coordinators are called a patient concierge. and you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience from the moment they walk through our doors. • Previous experience working in a customer service or patient-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or dental setting

• Proficient in using computer systems and software, including patient record management systems

Are you a skilled and experienced Clinical Psychologist who is passionate about helping young people overcome mental health challenges?

As a Clinical Psychologist at headspace, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people. Your key deliverables will include:

• Providing short to medium term counselling using evidence-based therapies such as Single Session Therapy, DBT, and CBT
• Actively working with young people to facilitate their recovery and development goals
• Conducting risk assessments and safety planning to address issues related to family violence, mental health, and substance misuse

At the heart of our approach is collaboration, and we’re looking for a passionate Clinical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage in prompt, collaborative communication with referring doctors and specialists, working together to ensure the best patient outcomes.

You will stay at the forefront of clinical practice by utilizing the latest evidence to inform your therapeutic interventions. Your expertise will also contribute to regular clinical case reviews and multi-disciplinary team meetings, helping to shape effective clinical service pathways and enhance service delivery.
