The Project Delivery & Controls Lead is a strategic role that supports the Project Design & Delivery team and execution of projects throughout the clients premises across JAPAC.

About the role

The role will support project and program management efforts with the development and analysis of project budgets, costs, schedules, earned value, risk management and delivery status.  Responsibilities will include:

• Participate and drive the planning, tracking, forecasting, analysis and reporting on cost and schedule information for projects and programs of varying size and complexity.  
• Provide key support to project and program management efforts monitoring project progress, coordinating and tracking cost and schedule data and identifying key project delivery risks and issues.  
• Manage the Relationship with the “Eco-System” of Client Partners (Local & Global)
• Manage and lead project delivery scope and execution planning of multiple projects across minor & major works, including fit-out & refurb projects

About You

• Tertiary qualification in either a construction, project management, architecture or business related discipline
• Significant experience gained within a project management capacity, ideally with exposure to both small to large scale fit-out/refurb works in the corporate sector
• Ability to engage with and manage a diverse stakeholder group located in multiple geographies
• Self driven and comfortable working autonomously

The successful candidate will be highly organised and have impeccable attention to detail, with the ability to articulate and translate business requirements to various stakeholders including IT, in addition to the following:

• Completion of Tertiary qualifications in Business, IT or similar
• Certification in Business Analysis desirable
• 5 + Years’ demonstrated experience working in a Snr Business Analyst role
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• Deep understanding and competency with Process Improvement, Project Management, and the financial drivers of Operations
• A progressive and pragmatic approach to finding solutions
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications including Visio

About the role
The Security and Compliance Manager will have a “hands-on” role, governing the operations of the Security Operations Team, performing daily tasks and maintenance to security related systems, as necessary.  You will be responsible for coordinating and prioritizing activities for the Security Operations Team. • Previous experience as a Project Manager in an IT Services / Consultancy Company would be advantageous but not essential.
• Understanding of a variety of solutions and technologies, with experience in IT services (server architecture, network design, hardware deployments), print management, document management/capture or enterprise content management solutions.
• Proven scoping and writing skills for project documentation such as SoW, Project Management Plan, Gannt Charts, Status Reports etc.
• Ability to scope future projects, assessing work effort required, recognising, and ensuring any potential risk areas are captured and mitigated within a SOW
• Ability to recognise and advance new business opportunities within the customer environment.
• Ability to review and provide guidance and feedback of Contract & Technical Documentation E.G. MSA, Detailed Design, SOWs, Test Plans, System Use Cases etc.

The role

This is a hands on role, with challenges that vary day to day. As the Project Manager you will manage 20+ medium size quick turn-around projects at any one time with a collective value of $3m+ pa. The successful applicant will be able to manage the following aspects of the role:

• Lead and direct all resources including performing site surveys & commissioning.
• Optimise contractual obligations and profit.
• Strategize, execute, and oversee projects, including design, procurement, and construction functions.
• Conduct regular progress and cost reviews, ensuring project alignment with objectives.
• Highlight and escalate issues in advance of challenges occurring.
• Coordinate client communications, ensuring project completion within set parameters.
• Identify and propose solutions for project challenges, including resourcing issues.

• Hands on management at a site level - including stock management, forecasting (occasionally required to pick, pack and deliver stock to site) & programming or commissioning at site.

About you:

• Experience in the security or related industry preferred.

• Demonstrated Project Management skills with 3 years’ experience.
• Hands on approach at a site level (ex installer or technician preferred)
