You will work closely with Product Managers, Developers, Devops, Architects etc to design, build, implement and test quality technical or functional solutions.

What you will be doing:

• Understands product strategy, market, industry, and client goals.

• Works with stakeholders to understand business problem statements and convert them into user stories.

• Articulates product vision and user stories in a manner clearly understandable to development teams.

• Manages backlog of user stories for one or more projects/features.

• Establishes user story acceptance criteria, accepts user stories, refines stories with Scrum teams.

• Reviews and provides feedback on test plans to ensure application changes meet acceptance criteria.

• Creates Sprint Release Plans with input from development teams.

• Monitors the development progress and provides updates to stakeholders as requested.

• Leads planning and review meetings to communicate feedback on development achievements.

• Interacting with product owners and product managers to define/translate requirements and modifications into product designs

• Maintain and develop knowledge of treasury requirements and current regulations that apply to our current and prospective clients.

What you will need:

• Knowledge of financial services industry

• Basic understanding of Payments (electronic fund transfer-EFT, payments), Gateway and Cash Mmanagement.

• General IT knowledge, be able to communicate technical concepts concisely and effectively.

• Strong communication and people skills

• Strong work ethic, and responsive to internal and external clients and contacts

• Sound analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• A high degree of numeracy and a capacity for complex concepts.

• A team player, which can also work independently under minimum supervision

• Ability to work under pressure, achieve deadlines and effectively prioritise concurrent tasks

• Possesses the desire to increase knowledge and skills when circumstances call for additional learning.

Added bonus if you have:

• Background with Corporate treasury, finance knowledge, payment processing or banking is a big plus.

• The Certified Scrum Product Owner professional certification is preferred

• Experience in a SaaS environment.

• Experience with the agile development process

• Extensive knowledge of ISO20022

• Sound knowledge of SWIFT/MT/MX messaging and flows

• Experience working with APIs (understand schema, principle, integration and exceptions)

As a Business Analyst at Bilue, you’ll bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable solutions. You’ll play a key role in gathering and documenting requirements, liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and with third parties to gather and document information about integrations, ensuring all dependencies are identified and met. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills while working on diverse projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
• Develop and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
• Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and addressing questions.
• Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to gather input and provide updates.

• Use your profound knowledge and experience in managing and exceeding Support KPIs and critical Technical Support Metrics including Customer Satisfaction, Time to Relief/Resolution (TTRf/TTR), Keeping customers informed (KCI) by diving the reduction of backlog and increasing efficiency.
• Manage a mature team , including hiring, improving productivity, promoting employee morale, allocating and utilizing resources efficiently, motivating teams, and managing attrition and training.
• Participate in and uphold Change Management processes as they relate to Customer and Technical Support.
• Own and bring to conclusion customer escalations by working with cross-teams in Support, Development, and Operations teams.
• Drive daily case management success from detection to resolution and dissatisfaction issues for customer accounts leading to ongoing enhanced customer experiences.
• Represent the Platform, Product and ServiceNow effectively with internal and external customers.
• Manage major operations outages and communications to the customers.
• Participate in weekend and holiday on-call rotation as required.
• Evaluate current processes, technology, and organizational skills to identify areas of improvement and opportunities for advancement. 
• Lead by example to cultivate and maintain a culture built on teamwork, collaboration, and customer focus.
• Manage to the company’s and department’s vision, goals, mission and values.
