We’re looking for a Demand Planning Analyst to join our Demand Planning team on a permanent full-time basis in North Sydney.

About the role

This is a key role which reports directly to the Demand Planning Manager and is an excellent opportunity for the successful candidate to demonstrate their experience in:

• Supporting all forecasting and analysis activities associated with the product portfolio they are allocated to and with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Creating and maintaining forecast models, incorporating business intelligence and forecast information gathered from internal and external sources.
• Integration point into the Marketing, Sales and Finance functions across the S&OP process.

About you

Along with 2 years’ experience in a demand planning and analytical role, you will have:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced Excel, SQL and PowerBI a must.
• Proficiency in demand planning software and statistical analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated experience working with ERP and/or order management applications.
• Knowledge of S&OP principles & practices.

We are currently looking for a Financial Planning & Analytics (FP&A) Specialist to support our marketing and coffee solutions teams within JDE Australia. This is a 12-month contract role based in our North Sydney office with hybrid working. The FP&A Specialist will take ownership of marketing related expenditure including budgets, estimations and actual spends, playing a part in decision making by providing sound financial recommendations for new innovations! Are you passionate about driving revenue in the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) sector? We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to implement proactive sales strategies targeting the corporate segment and MICE business group for our landmark property.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a personal sales plan with regular follow-ups to adapt to market needs.
• Conduct market research to uncover new MICE opportunities and provide valuable market intelligence to the Director of Sales
• Collaborate with Accor National Sales & MICE teams to maximize access to key accounts.
• Create and implement effective sales strategies for the conference segment and build relationships with conference and incentive companies to secure new business.
• Represent the hotel at key industry events for maximum ROI.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our offerings and pricing to achieve business objectives.
• Strengthen existing client relationships to ensure retention and growth.
