The primary objectives determined to measure success in this role will be revenue generated and meetings booked.

The KPIs used to manage performance will include but not be limited to the number of phone calls, and emails/messages known as "Activity points".

• At least 1 year of outbound sales experience in prospecting/cold-calling/qualifying leads.
• Proven track record achieving sales KPI
• Must be wiling to work minimum of 3 days in the office
• Tenacity, resilience and a competitive nature
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident dealing with business owners
• Organized and proven ability to multi-task

• Proven experience as a Project Administrator or in a similar role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and principles is a plus.
