The FRTB program encompasses both the reimplementation of the Bank's market data system for Basel 2.5 as well as the implementation of a new market data system of both FRTB SA and FRTB IMA.






Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for the test management of the Basel 2.5 market risk engine implementation at the beginning and later on of the FRTB implementation.

This includes:

• Leading, guiding and monitoring the analysis, design, implementation and execution of the test cases, test procedures and test suites.

• Supervising the configuration management of test environments

• Scheduling tests for execution and then monitoring, measuring, controlling, and reporting on the test progress, the product quality status and the test results

• Adapting test plans and compensating as needed to adjust to evolving conditions.

Experience in drainage, pavement, sub-divisions, reading plans and executing
You will lead a teams and work closely with the Project Managers
Civil expertise is a must, leadership experience, very strong knowledge of civil plant and equipment
Good attitude towards management and safety record is a must
Ensure job documentation, permits, inductions, management plans, SWMS are understood and in place on each job (these will be compiled by CM)
Flexibility to work regionally when required
National Police Clearance is highly desirable

Associate Managing Consultant, Advisors – Business Experimentation

Advisors Client Services, Data & Services Mastercard Data & Services provides cutting-edge data analysis and services to Fortune 500s, governments, and nonprofits to make multimillion-dollar business decisions and grow their organizations. Our Advisors Client Services team combines traditional management consulting with Mastercard’s rich data assets, proprietary platforms, and technologies to provide clients with powerful strategic insights and recommendations. Mastercard Advisors works with a diverse global customer base across industries, from banking and payments to retail and restaurants.

The Advisors Client Services group has five specializations: Strategy & Transformation, Performance Analytics, Business Experimentation, Marketing, and Program Management. Our Business Experimentation consultants advise executives on business decisions using Mastercard’s industry-leading predictive analytics SaaS platform, Test & Learn®. They work with customers to identify key priorities, then design and run business experiments to establish which ideas work and how to deploy them.

Roles and Responsibilities

Client Impact

Manage deliverable development and workstreams on projects across a range of industries and problem statements
Contribute to and/or develop strategies and programs for regional and global clients by leveraging data science tools including Test & Learn®
Manage working relationship with client managers, and act as trusted and reliable partner
Provide analytical and technical subject matter expertise and drive client success through Test & Learn® adoption and competency


Team Collaboration & Culture

Develop sound business recommendations and deliver effective client presentations
Plan, organize, and structure own work and that of junior project delivery consultants to identify effective analysis structures to address client problems using Test & Learn®, synthesize analyses into relevant findings, and create impactful storylines
Lead team and external meetings, and lead or co-lead project management
Contribute to the firm's intellectual capital and solution development
Grow from coaching to enable ownership of day-to-day project management across client projects, and mentor junior consultants


Qualifications

Basic qualifications

Undergraduate degree with analytical experience in consulting, analytics, or data science
Experience managing clients or internal stakeholders
Analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills, including the proven ability to analyze large amounts of data and synthesize key findings and recommendations
Logical, structured thinking and affinity for statistical and numerical analysis
Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Ability to perform multiple tasks with multiple clients in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to communicate effectively in English and the local office language (if applicable)
Eligibility to work in the country where you are applying, as well as apply for travel visas as required by travel needs


Preferred Qualifications

Additional relevant data and analytics experience in data modeling and database management (e.g., SQL), data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), or time series analysis and segmentation
Experience managing tasks or workstreams in a collaborative team environment with third parties
Experience coaching junior delivery consultants
Relevant industry expertise
MBA or master’s degree with relevant specialization (not required)
