We’re searching for two exceptional Planning Directors to join Traffik on a 12-month contract. Based in Sydney, these roles sit uniquely within the nexus of traditional brand strategy and shopper strategy—a space where long-term brand building meets the immediate motivations of the shopper journey. What You’ll Do:

• Blend Brand & Shopper Insights: Shape insight-led strategies that address both brand equity and shopper engagement, aligning brand storytelling with the practicalities of purchase behaviour.
• Drive Strategic Vision: Work as a strategic lead, partnering with the Managing Partner, Account Directors, and our clients to architect multi-channel solutions that resonate across the brand activation spectrum. Your work will be pivotal in defining the strategic foundation for creative that’s as motivating as it is meaningful.
• Integrate Data & Cultural Insights: Use a blend of data-driven analysis and cultural intelligence to create strategies that inspire creative teams and deliver measurable results for our clients. Here, you’ll influence not just the “what” but the “why” of brand activation.

About the role: 

As a Technology Business Consultant, you’ll contribute to a critical component of our success. While working closely with banking and finance clients and internal teams to deliver innovative, new SaaS based solutions that meet their needs.within the Treasury, Accounting and Risk domain.

What you will be doing: 

• Researching client needs, analysing trends, recommending best practices, mapping the requirements to the system, and creating detailed specifications documents.

• Configuring treasury system based on the specifications.

• Devising procedures to achieve greater efficiencies, solving complex problems and recommending solutions.  

• Conducting a variety of tests such as system, integration, readiness, and acceptance tests. Conducting tests using client data to be certain client needs will be met.

• Influencing clients, business partners and service providers regarding priorities & system capabilities including training internal and external users.

What you will need:   

• Advanced knowledge of Treasury operations (Front, Middle and Back office) including Accounting/Hedge/GL knowledge. Excellent knowledge of Treasury Financial Instruments and its functions (Foreign Exchange, Securities, Mutual Funds, Repos and Derivatives) including pricing and valuations.

• Understanding of Hosted & SaaS implementation environments

• Experience in using SQL DB/Oracle DB and knowledge of web interfaces.

• Background in Consulting, Project / end-to-end systems implementation as a Functional / technical Consultant.

• Hands on using and configuring systems.

• Good presentation and communication skills

• Understanding of the database structure by utilizing report writing tools

• Experience in using SQL DB/Oracle DB and knowledge of web interfaces.

• Previous experience with Quantum Software or a similar Treasury/Risk management software product

• A bachelors degree in business or finance or equivalent experience

They will translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions. The role involves conducting technical analysis, developing and maintaining documentation, facilitating workshops, ensuring compliance with industry standards, supporting end-to-end project activities, and providing expertise in payments industry trends. Additionally, the analyst will develop and manage change controls to ensure proper documentation and approval of changes.
