As an ICT Business Development Manager at Sana Commerce EMEA B.V., you will contribute to expanding Sana's presence in the ANZ market. You will be responsible for managing complex sales cycles with prospective clients, collaborating with the broader sales team to implement progressive sales methodologies and drive tangible results.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in Sana Commerce's growth strategy, fostering new business relationships and driving revenue in the ICT sector. This is a fulltime position. 

Responsibilities:

• Generate new business by maintaining daily contact with potential customers, both remotely and on-site when required.
• Guide prospects through their buying journey, assisting in the decision-making process, and navigating procurement hurdles.
• Lead commercial negotiations and effectively position Sana Commerce to prospects.
• Follow up on leads generated by ERP partners, marketing, and business development representatives.
• Uncover prospects' strategies and desired impacts, aligning them with Sana Commerce solutions.
• Represent Sana during discovery meetings, workshops, and board presentations.
• Conduct demonstrations of Sana Commerce Cloud with support from Presales Consultants.
• Respond to Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFPs).
• Oversee and lead deal cycles with internal stakeholders such as presales, project management, and product development teams.
• Develop and nurture partner relationships with technology and service partners.
• Provide training and education to partners, enabling them to support commercial discussions involving Sana.
• Advise prospects on their e-commerce journey, offering tailored solutions.
• Maintain sales reporting and forecasting data in our CRM system.
• Aim to win customers and partners for Sana Commerce.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, particularly in presentations, with fluency in English.
• Desirable knowledge of ERP systems, with familiarity with SAP and Microsoft platforms.
• Training in Software as a Service (SaaS) sales methodologies.
• Four or more years of experience in a similar role within a software/ICT environment.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher (or equivalent academic qualification or working experience).

• Understanding of a variety of solutions and technologies, with experience in IT services (server architecture, network design, hardware deployments), print management, document management/capture or enterprise content management solutions.
• Proven scoping and writing skills for project documentation such as SoW, Project Management Plan, Gannt Charts, Status Reports etc.
• Ability to scope future projects, assessing work effort required, recognising, and ensuring any potential risk areas are captured and mitigated within a SOW
• Ability to recognise and advance new business opportunities within the customer environment.
• Ability to review and provide guidance and feedback of Contract & Technical Documentation E.G. MSA, Detailed Design, SOWs, Test Plans, System Use Cases etc.

Are you our Injury Management Coordinator?

DOF is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Injury Management Coordinator to join our team. As the Injury Management Coordinator, you will be responsible for the following:

• Proactively managing the Injury Management Process and Return to Work Programs for DOF - APAC within relevant legislative and company guidelines.
• Ensuring the relevant Country, State or Territory specific Worker’s Compensation legislation is adhered to.
• Managing injuries or illnesses incurred at work to deliver the best outcome to the employee and Company.
• Managing insurance claims in conjunction with Insurance Specialist and aligned with the DOF Claims process.
• Liaising with the company appointed workers compensation insurers and brokers to ensure there is continual high level strategic analysis of claims to help mitigate costs and ensure workers resume their normal duties as soon as practicable.
• Assisting the HSEQ management team with claim analysis to identify the agency of injuries to address shortfalls.
• Attending claims reviews with insurers on a quarterly basis ensuring effective management and coordination of work-related injuries and illnesses,

This is a permanent part-time role : 23 hours per week.

• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Injury Management Coordinator, including Return to Work Programs in a similar role
• In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations
• Experience in the Oil & Gas sector will be highly regarded but is not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Allied Health qualification - Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, or similar
