Key Responsibilities

• Administration including invoicing and general administration tasks
• Provide assistance with all WHS and HR documentation, including completion of policies and procedures, review of documentation, maintenance of registers, training and induction of staff and contractors, and drafting of materials as required
• Coordinating and delivering staff and visitor inductions
• Ordering uniforms and office supplies
• Handling general office tasks including handling email and phone queries
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant legislation
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with staff, suppliers, and contractors

Requirements:

To be successful for this position, you will have:

• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proficient in Microsoft office suite and relevant software
• Previous experience in an administrative or office support role

We are seeking a licensed bus driver to operate our daily bus service. The bus route will involve two return trips from Rockhampton to farms located near Gogango Queensland each day, five days per week. The role will provide transport to farm employees to our macadamia orchards.

The successful candidate will need to be available for the following shifts:

Monday to Friday 4:30am to 7:30am

Monday to Friday 2:30pm to 5:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a bus to transport passengers while adhering to all traffic laws and company safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organised bus interior, including regular cleaning of windows and floors
• Conduct pre and post trip inspections to ensure it is in good working condition
• Comply with schedules and routes, making adjustments as necessary to accommodate delays or disruptions
• Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules and passenger registers
• Stay up-to-date with company policies, safety procedures and relevant regulations

To be successful for this position, you will have:

• HR Class Drivers licence, with a sound driving record with no history of significant violations
• First aid certificate preferred
• Previous experience as a bus driver or professional driver preferred
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations
• Punctual and reliable
• Ability to work independently and follow a schedule
• This role will be subject to a police check, driving history report and drug and alcohol testing

The successful candidate will be remunerated in accordance with the Passenger Vehicle Transportation Award at a Grade 3 level.

About the opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Workshop Trainee to join our team and assist with maintaining and repairing equipment in both a workshop and a farm environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and develop hands-on skills, while working towards a formal qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the fabrication process, including measuring, assembling materials and ensuring all work complies with project specifications
• Maintaining accurate records of work orders, maintenance tasks and other relevant forms
• Assisting with maintenance activities including:
• Delivering prompt, cost-effective breakdown repairs and maintenance services for farm machinery and equipment
• Ensuring proper upkeep of company assets and coordinating timely replacements as needed
• Conducting routine maintenance on plant and machinery to ensure optimal performance
• Learning and applying basic workshop skills, including the use of tools, machinery and equipment

To be successful for this position, you will have:

• A valid C class drivers’ licence
• Enthusiasm and a willingness to obtain a Certificate III or higher in an Engineering trade (mechanical and/or metal fabrication)
• A safety-first mindset and the ability to follow instructions
• A strong work ethic

The successful candidate will be classified as a level one or two employee under the Miscellaneous Award (based on the relevant Award criteria). Depending on previous experience and skills, a base hourly rate that exceeds the award rate may be offered to the successful candidate.
