About The Role:
As our Practice Manager you will manage the consulting practice for the implementation of treasury solutions to ensure engagements meet client needs, business requirements and future business growth objectives.
What You Will be Doing:
In this role you will:
Manage a consulting team and strategy to effectively execute business plans and develop consulting offerings to address market opportunities
Manage key FIS channel relationships such as sales, relationship management, product management, business unit management and others ensuring continued collaboration to drive results for Practice
Maintain responsibility for profit and loss of consulting practice including forecasting and managing to revenue and expense targets and communicating business metrics to senior management
Ensure generated revenue meets or exceeds plan for FIS Consulting Services Business.
Ensure consulting engagements provide excellent client satisfaction and client loyalty.
Manage consulting personnel including engagement staffing, staff performance/evaluations, effective communication, career planning and succession planning.
Collaborate with other Consulting Practice Managers to ensure right resources are working on right work to optimize goals for the entire division based on priorities and demand generated.
Provide direct sales support throughout entire sales cycle working closely with sales and account management to create and close opportunities including proposal/statement of work development, negotiating pricing, project planning and giving prospect presentations.
Maintain quality client relationships to gain referrals for new clients
Nurture relationships, define consulting engagements to support relationship needs and sells the initiative.
Consult with clients on the most strategic technology projects within a practice area.
What You Bring:
A proven Corporate Treasury or Consulting background for large complex multiple industry practices
At least 7 years’ experience in management ideally in a treasury team or financial services consulting
Experience of treasury management system implementation and professional services for corporates and/or banking and financial services is preferred
Broad knowledge of regulatory requirements, financial institution operations, and risk management
Negotiation skills regarding complex issues and sound experience in relationship management with stakeholders including C Level clients and management
Adaptable and able to work well under pressure in fast-paced, changing business environments
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or Finance or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
