• Design , develop and maintain Azure Stream Analytics jobs to process streaming data from various sources (Azure Event Hub)
• Integrate Kafka with Azure services for seamless data flow.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python
• Experience with deploying and managing applications on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Solid understanding of networking principles and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Azure certifications such as Azure Administrator or Azure Solutions Architect are a plus

 We’re looking for a Commercial Customer Success Engineer to drive the success of Procore’s strategic commercial customers. In this role, you’ll be the  product champion of Procore and serve as a subject matter expert. As a successful Commercial Customer Success Engineer you’ll help organisations understand best practices around construction technology and solutions, and the many business benefits they can provide. • Provide product roadmap and product release updates to your customers so that they can benefit from our leading-edge technology
• Drive in product demonstrations and coordinate multiple technical resources, both internal and external

What we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems preferred or relevant years of experience
• 5+ years of Customer Success, Professional Services, Technical Pre-Sales experience or 5+ years of Construction industry expertise preferred
• Ability to leverage strong technical aptitude to master Procore’s product offerings, business model, services, and emerging technologies
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders on time-sensitive projects
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills both in-person and through virtual meetings, and in writing
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to synthesize relevant and impactful intelligence from ambiguous data
• Experience acting as a technology evangelist 
• Able to operate in a fast-paced, diverse, innovative environment.

Stand Out Experience:

• Understanding of the construction industry across different verticals (general contracting, subcontracting, real estate development, etc.) is a plus
