A rare opportunity has arisen for a Property Management professional to manage an exciting Build to Rent portfolio under our brand PRD Melbourne Apartments, which includes hand selected apartments across Melbourne’s most iconic residential projects.

In this role, you will be based in our Melbourne CBD office alongside Colliers Residential team, and maintain close liaison with tenants and one institutional landlord, foster efficient, harmonious, and close working relationships as well as preparation of all related reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
 
The key responsibilities of the role will include: 

• Liaise regularly with institutional build to rent client, regarding all aspects of management, including providing recommendations and conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and leasing along with other tenant negotiations as required, in a timely manner 
• Liaise with tenants regarding lease administration and polices / procedures relating to occupancy issues 
• Undertake frequent inspections in order to oversee the presentation and maintenance of the property assets, ensuring high standards of appearance at all times

About the Role

We’re looking for a Brand and Content Manager to play an instrumental role in Spacetalk's brand evolution and customer engagement strategy. Reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, this position will develop propositions, lead the go to market across categories and develop compelling content that connects and converts new and existing customers to ensure our customers experience the very best of Spacetalk.

What You’ll Do:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and user engagement.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies specifically for Spacetalk’s App, enhancing customer interaction and app adoption.
• Lead strategies to maximise retention within Spacetalk Mobile, with a data-driven approach to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage and optimise messaging for firmware updates, ensuring users are informed, engaged, and able to make the most of product upgrades.
• Work closely with internal teams to develop and implement a refreshed brand identity, aligning marketing communications and customer touchpoints with our new vision.
• Craft engaging, informative onboarding content for customers, ensuring they feel supported, valued, and empowered as they engage with Spacetalk’s products and services.
• Experience producing and implementing content to be used for social, website, App, SMS, EDM's that enhance the customer experience.

• Proven experience in delivering effective brand and content marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Experience with app or mobile product marketing, ideally in a SaaS, tech, or retail customer-focused environment.
• Strong understanding of customer retention strategies, with experience in analysing data and creating actionable insights to improve customer lifetime value.
• Ability to develop clear, impactful messaging across multiple touch points, from firmware updates to product onboarding.
• A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and collaboratively within a lean, dynamic team environment.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and strategies to enhance retention and loyalty.

Finance Manager - Format, Network & Property

The Finance Manager - Property Network, is responsible for partnering with the Senior leaders in the Retail and Hotels Property & Formats teams to deliver on their strategic objectives, provide insights on network performance and ultimately optimise returns on our network and property assets.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Lead the long term financial planning processes for the property network, supporting the property and formats team
• Identification and quantification of growth opportunities, network risks and underperforming assets. 
• Evaluation of organic network opportunities (new stores) and risks (retail closures / venue disposals) through business case development to approval, budgeting and impact on forecast results.
• Establish a regular cadence and post implementation review framework for performance tracking and KPI’s for Formats, Network and Property investments.
• Specifically, provide insights and analysis on opportunities to optimise return on property and formats investments, measuring returns on capital, and identifying opportunities to recycle or reprioritise capital. 
• Evaluation of lease commitments including assessment of lease extension decisions and ongoing occupancy cost planning & reporting.
• Design and optomise financial accounting and reporting processes associated with facilities management processes including services provided by 3rd parties.
• Provide overhead cost management support to the Director of Property & Director of Formats,
• Lead two finance analysts to ensure they are high-performing business partners in the provision of decision support, reporting and analysis to the relevant business and brand finance teams.

As the Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll be responsible for supporting the daily management of the restaurant. You will be leading the team through busy service periods, crew training, proactively improving guest experience, and supporting inventory and financial management as required.
