Your responsibilities would include:

• Lead the hotel through its transformation, ensuring a seamless guest experience that sets new industry benchmarks.

• Ability to add value to the Accor network building strong brand and customer loyalty
• Take a consistent and responsible approach to cost control Continuous improvement in regards to product and service quality   
• Lead and manage impactful capital expenditure initiatives, aligning them with the hotel's long-term strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the regional team to make high-level commercial decisions that secure the hotel’s competitive edge. 

Overview of role

An exciting opportunity has become available for an Executive Manager within our National Data and Analytics (NDA) department of ALDI stores, based in Minchinbury. This is a permanent full-time opportunity. 

This role encompasses legacy support, future-state projects and the optimisation of domestic transport and warehouse networks (inbound and outbound). This is an exciting opportunity for a leader to influence supply chain strategies, optimise end-to-end operations, and deliver impactful outcomes during key seasonal and operational cycles.

What does the role look like?

• Create predictive models and conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover patterns and trends using statistical techniques to inform strategic decision-making within domestic transport and warehouse networks
• Lead a high-performing analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of actionable insights and strategic recommendations
• Work closely with data scientists and engineers to translate use case requirements into technical specifications and data models
• Identify opportunities to enhance warehouse layout, capacity utilisation, and operational efficiency
• Support the enhancements to configuration of warehouse management systems (WMS) and automation technologies to enhance operational visibility and control. Support and deliver analytics for legacy systems and future-state supply chain initiatives.

As Assistant Manager, you will oversee the daily operation of the Front Office and Concierge teams, whilst also supporting the Guest Experience, Reservations and Night Audit functions. Your duties will include;

• Effective supervision of all guest arrivals and departures; ensuring guest service standards are maintained throughout the guest's stay.
• Utilization of Opera software, ensuring accuracy in use and a range of reports are produced to meet operational needs.
• Supervision of lobby services (including Concierge and lobby table service), ensuring guest arrivals and departures are as efficient as possible.
• Regular liaison with Engineering and Housekeeping departments, ensuring requests are completed quickly, focusing on guest needs as a priority.
• Promote and ensure strong communication of ALL (Accor Live Limitless) as a key loyalty benefits program.
• Ensure public areas are clean and well presented with regular monitoring.
• Ensure there is management support and presence visible on Front Desk and in the lobby during key times throughout the day.
• Daily liaison with the Reservations office to ensure accuracy in room allocation and maximizing of yield.
• Assume responsibilities as Chief Fire Warden, and primary First Aid officer as required.
• Openly communicate with staff, ensuring regular training and feedback is provided.
