About the role

We are seeking an experienced and technically-savvy Product Manager to join our team and take ownership of the platform and delivery space for the Squiz Digital Experience Platform. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the development and enhancement of the underlying platform of the Squiz DXP, ensuring that it meets the evolving needs of our users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for the platform and delivery capabilities of the Squiz DXP
• Collaborate with other product managers to ensure alignment across the entire Squiz DXP ecosystem
• Gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product decisions
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for your product area

Qualifications

We are seeking an experienced Food and Beverage Manager, to lead the Front of House operation of our luxury resort and lodge. This role will draw on your guest service flare and hospitality knowledge. Opening to the public in mid-2025, this role will be instrumental in the concept and creation of the Front of House aspect of our luxury hotel and lodge operation. • Working closely with the operation providing guidance and support to establish and maintain consistency in the delivery of the food & beverage including pre opening.
• Develop menus and collaborate with the culinary team on site to ensure the delivery of exceptional culinary experiences for our guests ensuring the food offering is unique to the property.
• Provide training to the team, ensuring they are proficient in service techniques, product knowledge, and safety procedures.

About you
