• 5+ years of experience managing multiple stakeholder groups ranging from senior business and technology stakeholders to product owners / delivery leads

We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our Finance team to support the Corporate Functions to help achieve their financial goals over various time frames.

What this role is about?

The role serves as the principal contact between the Corporate Functions and the central Group Finance function, facilitating effective communication and ensuring alignment between the two.

Here's more of what you’ll work on:

Reporting (Month, HY and FY)

• Performance Monitoring: Review and analyse monthly financial activities for the Corporate Functions, including detailed assessments of month-to-date (MTD) and year-to-date (YTD) performance.
• Dashboard Reporting: Prepare and present monthly performance dashboards, highlighting key metrics, trends, and variances. Ensure reports are clear, accurate, and provide actionable insights.
• Accruals & adjustments: Review and approve accruals or adjustments to ensure that financial statements reflect the true economic condition.
• Insights: Provide meaningful insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to drive better business performance.

Decision Support

• Partner the Corporate Functions leadership team with financial decision-making by providing relevant data, analysis, and recommendations.
• Build and maintain financial models, e.g. FTE resource model, scenario and sensitivity analysis, and other ad-hoc financial analytical activities as required.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives within the Business Unit Finance team. Focus on enhancing productivity, efficiency, and the overall effectiveness of financial processes.

Forecasting & Budgeting

• Review budget/forecast models for the BU, ensuring they reflect all financial aspects including revenue, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Ensure driver-based assumptions are signed-off by the BU, and offer insights into the status of budget submissions, highlighting areas of opportunities and risks.
• Provide the Corporate Functions with reporting on forecast submissions, including status against target. Offer analysis and insight to support the forecast, helping stakeholders understand the implications of forecasted results.

Team Lead Functions

• Assist and provide guidance to the Finance Business Partner with day-to-day activities
• Review and provide oversight of the team’s workflow and new initiatives.
• Process improvement of team procedures and functions

Day to day you will:

• Manage campaign set up, technical implementation and optimisation of digital advertising campaigns
• Collectively prioritise campaign launches across your list of dedicated sales teams, ensuring a smooth go live process that is in-line with our Service Level Agreements
• Implement optimisation tactics as required throughout the lifetime of the campaign to maximise delivery and revenue
• Make calculated decisions in adjusting inventory and data mixology to achieve campaign objectives and maximise revenue
• Collaborate with Nines digital sales teams to resolve technical or delivery issues while ensuring campaign enquiries are reviewed and actioned in a timely manner
• Run weekly ‘In Progress’ meetings with the Sales team, proactively guiding go-live schedules, campaign prioritisation, monitoring of campaign performance and assessment if they are pacing to hit their delivery goals
• Provide end of campaign reporting insights, data analysis and recommendations to promote revenue growth

Your role will be to provide high-level administrative and strategic support our to Chief Development Officer & Head of Accor Apartments & Realty and the broader development team.  Naturally proactive, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution of their daily activities. As a trusted partner, you will be managing schedules, communications, and supporting on projects to optimize the executive's effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Administration:

• Manage the Chief Development Officer & Head of Accor Apartments & Realty’s calendar and travel arrangements, ensuring efficiency across time zones
• Prepare agendas, take minutes, and organize meetings and conferences
• Maintain an efficient e-filing system and handle general office tasks
• Support the coordination of team projects and events

Communication:

• Manage calls, emails, and inquiries, acting as the Chief Development Officer & Head of Accor Apartments & Realty’s first point of contact
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and send communications to properties and business units
• Ensure timely follow-up on action items

Financial Administration:

• Process invoices and expense claims (using Concur)
• Liaise with the finance team and other internal departments with regard to payments, recharging, approvals or enquiries
