About the role

Our Customer Success Managers build strong relationships with our customers through relational and strategic engagement, delivering results that have a true impact on retail communities. You will partner with key stakeholders and focus on ensuring their organisation is seeing the value and achieving real crime reduction outcomes from using the Auror platform.

Through running pilots and leading project rollouts, developing and delivering strategic engagement plans for our retail partners, you will identify ways in which customer and user engagement can increase, and champion relationships can strengthen. With the support of the Customer Success Specialists, you will run training and presentations to varying groups of stakeholders, users, and Police to help them realise the value.

Your Responsibilities

• Owning the customer success relationship and supporting commercial Account Management through partnership with our Retail Partnership Managers (Account and Sales managers)
• Working with our key champions to understand their priorities and how Auror can add value through ongoing strategic engagement at a market, regional, or user level
• Building proactive customer engagement plans to ensure our customers are reaching their user engagement goals
• Leading pilots & implementations with expert project management capability, focusing on our larger more complex retail partners
• Working with the Customer Success Specialists to surface platform wins and outcomes and sharing those learnings to key champions at Loss Prevention director-level
• Partnering with customers on Change & Process Management
• Analysing and utilising customer data and creating insights to drive better customer outcomes 
• Fostering collaboration across retail and law enforcement
• Collaborating with Product, both as a subject matter expert and a customer advocate
• Strategize on user engagement for a one:many approach through inbound support requests via in app messenger, phone, and email

To ace this role, you will have…

• Previous experience in Customer Success, Customer Care, Account Management roles preferably in the tech industry
• You are analytical and have the ability to turn data into insights to inform structured and strategic solutions
• Your strategic and big-picture mindset will see you using multiple data points to ensure that everything we do as a team contributes to Auror’s long-term goals 
• Have experience driving change management within business processes, systems and technology with a people-first focus
• Ability to guide our customers through rollouts and implementations, using your project management and people skills to make it seamless and successful
• Have the ability to see where our users are coming from, understand their day-to-day and be able to be empathic in their views
• Enjoy working as part of a team and build strong working relationships but can also be self-starting and able to work alone
• Have an interest in the tech industry and have knowledge of Auror’s brand and story
• Are happy to travel for regular customer meetings and events

• Salary range: This will depend on the level of experience. We have scoped this role as an IC3 with a hiring salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 AUD

The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Histology Manager. In this role, the successful candidate is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the Histology laboratory including but not limited to operational management, quality assurance, staffing, workflows, time management, technician training, equipment maintenance, vendor agreements and more.  You will be a LEAN advocate and ensure the laboratory follows all LEAN principles.    

Key responsibilities:

• Train new team members in LEAN practices, time management, and prioritisation.

• Lead, manage and supervise the laboratory team including recruitment, workforce allocation (rostering), and facilitation of team meetings, performance management issues and participation in any disciplinary matters.

• Establish and maintain all laboratory records in accordance with specifications. 
• Ensure that all equipment within the Laboratory is functioning properly and ensures that all personnel is educated on proper techniques of operation.

• Develop and implement laboratory operating policies and procedures including the laboratory quality control program and adhere to ISO and NPAAC requirements.

• Participate in the safety training program of the company and makes certain that staff are properly trained. 
• Expand the laboratory portfolio by helping to develop new research projects and proposals.

• Tertiary Degree in Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Histology laboratory.

The Brand Manager for Dry Eye and Ocular Health has responsibility for the successful execution of approved marketing plans and through this, the achievement of sales and market share goals for the Dry Eye portfolio.

The Brand Manager is responsible for ensuring annual marketing budgets are adhered to and in ensuring activities are appropriately resourced and costed before implementation and for ensuring internal approval policies are adhered to.    

The Brand Manager is accountable for contributing to the development and implementation of the Company’s marketing plans.  This involves the preparation of a range of analytical information and informative documents and ensuring appropriate internal and external consultations have taken place within the Company. 

Specific activities include:

• Facilitate the development and internal review of promotional and point of sale material for the product portfolio with internal and external stakeholders

• Localisation of Global/International assets and campaigns as well as generate local specific materials

• Develop technical expertise, conduct product training and create promotional materials and sales tools in alignment with global and regional marketing expectations.

• Execution of tactical plans and communication of plans to sales staff via meetings, department meetings and via written and verbal communication.

• Develop and assist in promotions at various trade shows, professional speaking events and customer training programs. Participation in local and national conferences in order to gain insight from customer, competitive insight and execution of marketing requirements.

• Conduct customer surveys and market research to obtain market information about the organisation, department, dry eye products and services offered by the organisation.  Identification of market trends in industry to facilitate the development of promotional and point of sale material comparing the product with key competitors

• Implementation and management of media plans which includes liaising with agencies or publications directly to secure advertisements for publications.  Preparation of advertising, media releases and editorial contribution or a variety of publications and support of customer specific promotions where necessary.

• Monthly review of expenditure reporting and expense management of the product portfolio. 

• Monthly review of materials management forecasts to ensure appropriate inventory management to facilitate customer supply whilst ensuring appropriate financial management.

• Management of a cross functional team to ensure execution of brand initiatives, response to customer needs and communication of needs for the brand across the organisation. 

• Management of the day to day activities of the product portfolio including efficient and effective response to internal and external customer needs and to the needs of suppliers.

• Learn and be able to execute all required Alcon systems and process to enable the support and execution of brand plans and activity

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Commerce or Science

Experience requirements                                         

• >3 years experience in marketing management positions within consumer health / pharmaceutical / med device regulated environment

• Experience in both direct to consumer & healthcare professional marketing.

• Prior experience in product launches.

Preferred:

• Strong technical/clinical understanding of the eye and ideally the ophthalmic Vision Care business.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated and organised individual who is solution focussed, has exceptional interpersonal skills to support effective Business Partnering and a sense of humour. In addition, you will have; 

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or related field 
• Significant demonstrated experience in HR Business Partnering within Aged Care, Health Care, FMCG or related 24/7 operational type environments preferred 
• Demonstrated experience working with unions on people matters 
• Extensive knowledge of employment legislation, regulations & Enterprise Agreements 
• Advanced coaching, influencing & communication skills 
• Current Driver's Licence and willingness to travel predominantly across Sydney Metro  
• Must be able to provide Covid19 immunisation evidence
