About the role

Join Education Perfect as a Business Development Manager for Essential Assessment (EA), our K-6 Numeracy and Literacy assessment platform loved by more than 2800+ schools across Australia.

Part of our high-performing EA Sales team, you will develop and manage a sales pipeline, meet sales targets and identify upsell opportunities across your Southern QLD & Northern NSW portfolio of schools. You will work closely with other EA teams to grow brand awareness of Essential Assessment and ensure exceptional customer service and support for both prospective and trialling schools in your territory. Through your efforts, you will enjoy the satisfaction of genuinely helping teachers and supporting the learning of thousands of students. 

Our ideal candidate is based in the Gold Coast or Northern NSW. 

What you will do

• Meet and exceed individual quarterly and annual sales targets
• Identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities within your portfolio of schools
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and educational departments through in-person visits, phone calls, and online meetings
• Support accurate revenue analysis and forecasting by effectively managing the CRM at every pipeline stage
• Attend local conferences and engage in events to network and promote EA brand recognition in your region
• Share insights from teachers to inform new product developments, content, and marketing campaigns.

About you

• B2B sales experience, preferably in K-6 edtech or educational publishing
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets through a mix of hunting and farming sales activities
• A genuine interest in education and a desire to positively impact teachers and learners
• Primary teaching qualification and/or Australian primary teaching experience (desirable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging with school stakeholders and decision-makers at all levels
• A valid driver's licence is required for this role, as you'll spend 50% of your time travelling to meet with schools and build our reputation through face-to-face interactions. (The other 50% will be working from home, with regular opportunities to connect at our EP offices)
• A proactive, positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit
• Experience using a CRM to manage pipelines effectively, with a commitment to data hygiene
• Experience with HubSpot, Subskribe, and/or Gong (desirable)

Role Purpose:

The Senior Customer Success Manager role is an integral part of the team and is responsible for driving performance and sales support for our retailer partnerships in APJ. This role is centred on supporting our retailer teams throughout the pre and post onboarding process. This includes managing the day-to-day support for our retailer partners, and providing efficiency in the development and operational management. The position requires strong interpersonal skills to manage day-to-day client communication, a strategic mindset to help develop media recommendations and help to deliver the retailer's goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide world-class service to our retail partners, manage the day-to-day communication and collaboration with external brands/suppliers and internal cross-functional team members
• Present the platform through succinct and efficient demo’s as and when required
• Responsible for the commercial strategy to ensure success for both parties.
• Prepare and present monthly performance reviews for individual clients to report on key performance metrics and recommendations for future strategies to enhance ROI
• Support the build of all material creation campaign completion, bespoke presentations, marketing material.
• Support Suppliers with the campaign set up and optimization recommendations
• Help to monitor overall campaign performance, where necessary, provide recommendations
• Inform our retailer of their campaign status each month, if necessary, gather approvals from Business Lead and/or client on optimizations on improvements etc.

We are currently looking to add an Engineering Manager to help drive the Product Engineering DXP roadmap. We're seeking an energetic technical leader who is driven by building and leading high performing engineering teams.

We’re location-flexible!  This role is open to all candidates on the east coast of Australia.

This role is hybrid, allowing you to work where and when works best for you.

For this role, we ask that you can demonstrate the following experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, equivalent professional experience in related fields
• 3+ years of experience as an Engineering Manager or in a similar technical leadership role
• Strong technical background with hands-on experience in software development building and maintain large-scale software products
• Proficiency in full-stack development, with expertise in web based languages and frameworks such as Node, TypeScript, React or similar, and cloud platforms such as AWS
• Experience with Agile or other iterative development methodologies. We use Scrum for most of the teams, with some using Kanban
• You have shown your ability to manage multiple projects and priorities, and make decisions that align with business strategy
• Proven track record as a mentor and coach, who has developed teams by growing your people

Nice to have

• Previous experience working on DXP or CMS platforms, or experience integrating or using DXP/CMS platforms

The Compliance Manager will take ownership of the development and maintenance of the compliance structures and frameworks established by epay, including, but not limited to, compliance with the AFS license requirements, AML Program, Financial Crime policies, Privacy Act and Corporations Act.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

·       Ensure compliance with ongoing AFS license requirements.

·       Assume the role of the designated AML Compliance Officer under the provisions of the epay AML/CTF Program.

·       Provide formal reports to the Board on a regular basis.

·       Maintain and further improve the compliance framework through the development and implementation of comprehensive policies and procedures.

·       Ensure IFTI reporting obligation is met with AUSTRAC.

·       Develop and maintain control test plans in relation to the Financial Crime Policy.

·       Interact and nurture relationships with AUSTRAC and ASIC.

·       Update policies and procedures in accordance with any legislation or regulation change, in terms of AML/CTF, Privacy Act and Corporations Act.

·       Oversee Anti-Money Laundering, financial crimes, and sanctions compliance matters.

·       Provide/coordinate training for appropriate employees and new employees on AML requirements, policies, and procedures.

·       Manage and oversee regulatory examinations and internal and external audits.
