ServiceNow is building a new and exciting team ( GCS Move Desk Team)  to facilitate, and ultimately automate, a seamless customer move experience.  

The GCS Move Desk Team will guide a desired customer instance through the various steps required to be executed properly.  The mission is focused on end-to-end orchestration and visibility, partnering with the right internal teams or external customers to make the required steps happen.

What you get to do in this role 

• Track and report on status of move/migrate requests from initial trigger  to completion
• Take whatever steps are required to assign work items properly across teams, monitor for timeline execution, establish SLAs where needed.  This may include creating and assign cast tasks for cases that track moves, checking for status updates, and hounding owners if SLAs are breached
• Directly engage with customers (in the presence of support) to explain the move process, build customer confidence in ability to execute, and push through customer resistance where needed to achieve our move objectives.
• Directly engage with teams/systems outside of GCS where needed.  Ex: If an entitlement check is needed and not yet automated, do the check and talk with anyone required to do it properly.
• Be the process owner for how moves should be executed from an end-to-end perspective such that the group is positioned to provide automation requirements for areas that can be automated.  In this sense the vision of the group is that it starts as a group directly doing/owning manual steps to ensure a successful move.  Over time they define automations which when completed make the group far more efficient and push them into a role of monitoring and resolving exceptions only. 
• Identify opportunities to automate where appropriate.

The Fulfilment Administrator is accountable for ensuring efficient order allocation to pharmacy partners, maintaining safety stock levels, resolving order related issues, providing project support, and assisting with fulfilment-related tasks as needed. Collaborating across departments, identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.

• Ensure timely allocation and accurate processing of patient orders, resolving issues that prevent dispensing and dispatch.
• Respond promptly to pharmacy inquiries and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock reconciliations, and manage the end-to-end consumables ordering process.
• Support continuous improvement projects, assist with onboarding new pharmacies, and identify process enhancements.
• Generate KPI reports, conduct inventory audits, and maintain accurate documentation through SOPs and Guru cards.
• Address operational discrepancies, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.

• Working with Agent’s to co-ordinate the collations of reports, submissions and other documentation.
• Marketing campaigns: Prepare media schedules and budgets for campaigns based on the project’s objectives, and targets, seek relevant approvals, and then execute campaigns regularly reporting on its effectiveness and performance.
• Event management and coordination. 
• Update company database, including listing information, and uploading to website as required or requested by operators to ensure that client and property information is accurate.
• Managing online listings on both Colliers website and third-party websites.
• Reconcile and action invoices and expenses as necessary.

What you will be doing:

• Follows up on recommendations and actively pushes for implementation as appropriate.
• Understands and applies database concepts such as database definitions, parameters, database component placement, reorganization, access methods and security definitions.
• Works with capacity planning, operations, application developers and other TSG teams on database performance and access issues.
• Provides 24/7 support of production database environments.
• As primary administrator, provides on call support as needed for on-call issues with database environments and provides follow up and permanent resolution for reoccurring issues.
• Implements backup/recovery procedures to protect integrity of data in database environment.
• Actively manages backups along with other database administrators to ensure processes are successful and we can recover as a result.
• If necessary, participates in recovery of databases and assists with disaster recovery testing and documentation.
• Other related duties assigned as needed.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree or the equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in Oracle database administration and Shell Scripting is a must
• Working knowledge of at least one database management system in PostreSQL, MongoDB or MYSQL or a proven ability to learn new technologies and use that knowledge effectively.
• Hands-on experience or knowledge in Exadata, OEM, Dataguard and patching will be ideal
• Basic knowledge of operating systems and systems administration concepts
• Personal commitment to stay current with latest technology concepts
• Good problem solving, analytical and critical thinking skills
