If you’re looking to be part of a friendly, close-knit, customer-centric team, we have several fulltime permanent opportunities for Administrators, doing Fly-In-and Fly-Out working 14days on and 7days off at Amrun, Qld. 

Who are we looking for? 

Our Administrators are team players. They have a can-do attitude and always remain focused on service delivery. You are the face of our remote sites team. To be successful, you’ll need:  

• Experience with SAMS or INX Inflight software system
• Previous administration experience within a customer service role
• Ability to undergo a pre-employment medical, including drug & alcohol testing 

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting all visitors and residents at site
• Checking in and out our residents
• Travel & Accommodation Bookings
• Compiling reports for various stakeholders
• Assisting with building maintenance requests
• Managing the front desk reception and the kiosk
• Performing general reception duties, as well as managing any resident requests

About the role

• This opening is for an Admin Officer to join our Freight Team at Karawatha on Brisbane’s Southside immediately

• This is a Full time, Permanent Role. The working hours for this role are 9:00 – 17:00.  

• Utilise our systems to complete administration and data entry tasks

• Prioritise your work effectively and efficiently throughout the day and complete tasks in a timely manner

• Maintain staff, training and compliance databases where required

• Complete various admin tasks such as Audits, TES Claims, RPS and LH Reports

• Order in Uniforms and Stationery where necessary

• Manage spreadsheet trackers, reports and other compliance documents in order to cleanse, update and maintain them on a regular basis

• The ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and effectively

• A strong attention to safety

• Data Entry Skills

• Previous experience in a similar role (preferred but not mandatory)
