The Opportunity: We have an exciting brand new opportunity for a Travel Administration Officer to join our Government & Defence team in Parramatta NSW. At Toll, we manage and deliver a range of services on behalf of the Australian Department of Home Affairs in order to support Refugee and Humanitarian Visa applicants with the medical assessment process and subsequent travel to Australia As the Travel Administration Officer, you will provide operational and administrative support to the Case Management Team and will have a considerable level of contact with internal and external stakeholders. Your role is crucial to the management of 3rd party expenses and reimbursables incurred as part of our services You will provide Administrative Support to the Assisted Passage Leadership Team and be an important interface between the business unit and the Government & Defence Finance Teams. As the Travel Administration Officer, you will:
Support the Case Management Team with travel bookings
Process and reconcile supplier invoices as they are received and submit these for approval
Communicate with vendors and service providers to clarify or query financial documentation received
??Undertake reconciliation activities balancing supplier invoices against MoveMaestro records
Maintain accuracy of global supplier registers and supplier vendor codes and provide remittances to key suppliers globally
Identify areas of administrative processes that can be improved and support the design and development of new or refines processes or strategies to implement those improvements.

About you:
Experience in the travel/relocations industry within an administrative function would be highly desirable
Australian Citizen; ability to ascertain required security clearances
Solid understanding and experience of finance administrative concepts including the management and reconciliation of invoices and the acquittal of reimbursements.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to stay focused on high-volume repetitive tasks.
Communicates Effectively - Speak, listen and write in a clear, thorough and timely manner using appropriate and effective communication tools and techniques
Proficiency in Microsoft suite
