• Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.

Contract Services

• Responsible for the project Contracting Processes.
• Manage a diversified supply chain
• Coordinate supplier sourcing
• Critically appraise contracts documents

Contract Execution

• Support client to make sure that contract documents are in strict accordance with Legal approved contract templates.
• Work closely with the project team to ensure effective and timely document processing and management of contract documents.

• Coordinate and manage GC, scope change and overall project delivery
